Kevin Osterhaus has been appointed to serve as president of Graduate Hotels. Based out of the company’s Nashville headquarters, Osterhaus will lead global operations and marketing across the company’s portfolio of 35 U.S. and UK properties.
“Graduate Hotels has become one of the most exciting brands in hospitality,” Osterhaus says. “It is truly an honor to join this amazing team in providing such a creative, collegiate-inspired guest experience as the company continues its rapid growth.”
Osterhaus previously served as COO for Ennismore International, where he oversaw global operations for the Hoxton and spearheaded expansion efforts across Europe and into the U.S. He has also lent his expertise to SIXTY Hotels and Standard International, where he worked as president and executive vice president, respectively. Additional tenure with Bunkhouse Group saw Osterhaus leading operations and growth from the company’s launch to a popular and scalable hotel and restaurant platform.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to the Graduate Hotels family during such an exciting growth period for the company,” says Graduate CEO and founder Ben Weprin. “His years of expertise and knowledge of the international hospitality industry will play an integral role in Graduate’s continued evolution and success.”
