The Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, a REIT Hersha Hospitality property, has revealed a series of new event and meeting venues. The newly launched Miami Beach property now boasts more than 11,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor environments following a multimillion-dollar overhaul from New York-based Bill Rooney Studio.
The design preserves the historic Art Deco-style appeal of the property, complete with white stone floors, ambient lighting, and a palette of gold and smoky blue accents. In addition, floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the onsite pools and beachfront reception areas. The centerpiece Golden Palm Ballroom, which totals 2,585 square feet, can easily convert into two separate spaces; it also opens up to a private cabana pool deck.
The new Bungalow By the Sea and Bungalow Beach areas invite guests to dine beneath palm trees or across a lawn and deck. The poolside option totals 1,650 square feet and features its own private mini beach. Attached to a 1,100-square-foot terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Cadillac Suite is large enough to host dinners and cocktail receptions. The indoor-outdoor Riviera and Riviera Terrace is spread across 3,200 square feet, while the Roy France Boardroom hosts up to 15 guests.
