Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open its 11th Asian property, the Rosewood Hoi An, along Vietnam’s central coast in 2019. Kuala Lumpur-based firm Denniston will spearhead designs for the historic and picturesque site.
Spread across the intimate terraced landscape, accommodations will include 70 guestrooms and 30 residences, five of which will be elevated with their own dedicated spa and treatment rooms. F&B options will include a specialty restaurant, bistro, and a poolside eatery and bar that offer views of the ocean.
The 21,530-square-foot Asaya spa will overlook an onsite lake and house 14 single and double treatment rooms, a wellness lounge, fitness center and yoga studio, and relaxation area. The freestanding, residential-style venue the Pavilion will serve as a function space complete with an outdoor lawn.
