Bespoke lighting and the multifunctional reception desk infuse the lobby’s original rustic features with a midcentury modern touch.

An inviting enclave with comfortable seating is set up in the lobby, detailed with masculine touches like a recreated brick mural of the building’s 1870s exterior signage.

The lobby’s chandlery doubles a gallery space showcasing artwork from students at the New Orleans Center for the Creative Arts (NOCCA).

Onsite restaurant Compére Lapin is clad with French-inspired details like vibrant blue and geometric black and white tiling for a bistro ambiance.

Parts and Labor co-founder Jeremy Levitt describes Compère Lapin’s private dining room as a composition of collected furnishings, from the rug and artwork to the table and chairs.

Varying architectural elements ensured that each of the hotel’s 167 guestrooms features a different appearance.

Contemporary NOCCA artwork is also displayed in guestrooms, juxtaposed with original details like exposed brick and wooden beams.
