Recalling traditional Greek architecture, Casa Cook occupies a low white building nestled into the mountains.
The hotel’s three-meal restaurant Kitchen Club faces and opens out onto the communal pool and is lined with floor-to-ceiling black shelving.
The restaurant centers on a nearly 20-foot-long concrete table, while wicker chairs surround teak tables.
One of the eatery’s seating areas is backed by a jungle-themed ceramic mural, where animals frolic in palm fronds.
Some beds sit atop sculptural concrete platforms in guestrooms, which include woven wall hangings and wicker baskets and lampshades.
Each room’s private deck, complete with white loungers and Acapulco chairs, faces the property’s shared swim-up pools.
