Botanical Hospitality Group intermingled three F&B concepts with E.P. & L.P.—an Asian-inspired restaurant that includes Frankie’s private bar. Though each fulfills its own niche, Australian design studio Projects of Imagination rolled out a package rooted in cohesive design elements.

Guests enter a small reception area—featuring a scrolling LED art piece—that leads up a dramatic staircase to the 3,400-square-foot, second-level E.P. Asian eating house.

A copper-clad bar and chef’s table sits beneath copper screen louvres and frames E.P.’s primary dining room. 

Rows of minimalistic pendant lights hang over contemporary black steel and white woven furnishings.

The 5,500-square-foot rooftop level houses both Frankie’s private bar and L.P., with its bar under copper louvres adjacent to a firepit with communal seating.

A perimeter green edge creates separation from the rooftop’s glass balustrade and frames the lounge seating at Frankie’s private bar.

“We envisioned the rooftop bar growing into a miniature oasis,” says Hall. “Eventually, there will be no visible wall materials remaining as various plant life adorn these surfaces, allowing us to enjoy nature’s own end-solution.”
