Set against weathered gray timber walls, ceramic artist Adam Ross installed an oyster abstraction for a coastal sense of place.

Illuminated by handblown glass light fixtures arranged in clusters, tables are topped with slate and accented in brass.

Oak flooring and distressed ceiling beams lead to the Raw Kitchen Counter where communal tables sit underneath tubular pendant lighting.

In the cocktail bar, heritage-listed elements, such as French moldings and parquet and walnut flooring, have been preserved.

In the cocktail bar’s adjacent lounge, a Venetian-style plaster effect serves as the backdrop for plush furniture, including a blue velvet banquette.
