The custom, 10-person community table is crafted from butcher block wood planking with raw steel supports and vintage desk lamps from the 1920s.
An industrial, turn-of-the-century factory lighting grid is installed above the communal lounge area.
Diners experience the smells and visual preparation of the food with the display kitchen and prep area on view from the bar.
