Guestrooms resemble the interiors of a yacht with white linen walls and charcoal carpeting with a cream-knotted rope pattern.

Headboards are clad with lacquered wood, perpetuating the yacht theme.

The onsite bar is outfitted with two laser-cut metal screens bearing map renderings of Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.

A dramatic rope installation at reception connects the walls of the front-desk area to the ceiling, referencing the neighborhood’s craftsmanship and nautical roots.

Corridors are lined with geographical wallcoverings and navy blue carpeting, complete with a winding rope pattern.
