Design firm Lim + Lu maximized Kasa’s storefront by using collapsible folding doors, extending the fast casual eatery to Hong Kong’s bustling Wellington Street.

The double-height interior establishes the impression of an additional façade, complete with upper level windows that allow voyeurism from above and neon lights that spell “healthy living” in Chinese.

Contrasting elements demonstrate a marriage of Western and Eastern dining sensibilities, including crude mosaic tiles with refined marble.

Local artist collective HK Walls clad the restaurant walls with a graffiti mural that reflects the aesthetic Hong Kong’s cityscape.

A color palette of pink and green complements the restaurant’s traditional cha chaan teng tiling.
