An open kitchen is the focal point of Botanist restaurant from local firm Ste. Marie, where pickled and preserved goods are on display as a soft pink banquette snakes through the dining area.

Understated tones make up the dining room’s palette for a serene, dreamlike ambiance.

Ste. Marie created four distinct areas in the restaurant, including the ethereal dining room that is dressed in a mix of sheers, glass, and lighting.

In addition to greenery, granite, wood, and limestone accents give the restaurant the feel of a lush conservatory.

Foliage traverses the walls and ceiling in the garden room where chairs dressed in floral upholstery add a whimsical touch.

The extended private dining room includes 31 framed illustrations from the 1824 edition of The Characters of Theophrastus by illustrator Francis Howell.
