Natural light illuminates the small space, a design challenge for Cooke, via an all-glass window façade.

Cooke used a neutral color palette of white, gray, and honey-stained pine and ash tones paired with the brand’s signature bright yellow, evident in elements such as a narrow pushcart topped with honey pine set flush against a wall display of retail goods and yellow accent pieces.

A wood apron casing featuring a backlit, perforated, punched pie tin pattern wraps around the bakery, nodding to bakeware and a collection of cookbooks inherited by the chef.

The display case is built upon a linear butcher block connected to a mink marble counter.

Glass cake domes are creatively used as light fixtures referencing the brand.
