Egg-shaped reception desks in the Renaissance Albany Hotel are a nod to the city’s nearby performing arts center, the Egg. 

A nod to the city’s Dutch heritage, the Renaissance Albany includes a reproduction of Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring behind a water table, rising and falling according to the levels of the Hudson River.

Art Deco-style designs infuse a sense of whimsy into the Renaissance Albany’s lobby.

Guestrooms at the Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown feature sophisticated Art Deco details. 

Drawing on the Cincinnati building’s history as a bank, lobby chairs feature detailing that resembles quarters. 

Cauhaus Design sought to maximize the Renaissance Cincinnati’s original building design by architect Daniel Burnham, who also constructed New York’s Flatiron building.
