Namron Hospitality, a Mexico-based collection of locally rooted boutique hotels, has expanded to the country’s southern Pacific coast with the opening of Casa Yatí, an intimate beachfront escape located along the shores of ecotourism hub Ventanilla.
The hotel’s name, Yatí—from the Zapotec word for “lagoon”—honors the resort’s setting where land and water converge just steps from the Laguna Ventanilla.
A natural palette for Casa Yatí
Designed by Padre Studio, the property offers eight beachfront suites, comprising seven King Suites—four of which feature private balconies and hammocks—and one Signature Suite.
At Casa Yatí, the design blurs the boundaries between home and hotel. Each suite opens to panoramic Pacific Ocean views and is outfitted with thatched roofs, a natural palette, and sustainable materials. Interiors are enriched with handwoven textiles, locally crafted furnishings, and artwork by Oaxacan artists to create a layered and grounded aesthetic rooted in place.
The onsite culinary program embraces Oaxaca’s diverse gastronomic heritage, while wellness and cultural immersion remain core to the experience.
