Diriyah Company has revealed plans for Faena Residences Wadi Safar, a branded residential offering that will feature 20 villas set amid Saudi Arabia’s natural landscape, developed alongside the 130-room Faena Wadi Safar Hotel.
Faena joins a diverse mix of luxury hotels and homes, a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course, and the Royal Equestrian & Polo Club within the 14,720-acre Wadi Safar development.
What to expect at Faena Residences Wadi Safar
With architecture by WATG and interiors by Peter Mikic, the ultra-luxury villas span 12 four-bedroom, six five-bedroom, and two six-bedroom residences. Each villa will showcase distinctive jewel-toned interiors and curated artworks that reflect Faena’s blend of cultural richness and bold design.
Residents will enjoy a host of exclusive privileges, including preferred rates at the adjacent hotel, priority dining access, spa discounts, catering services, and invitations to private community events. These benefits also extend to the equestrian and golf facilities at Wadi Safar.
“We are deeply honored to bring the Faena philosophy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Diriyah—a place of profound history, heritage, and visionary ambition,” says Alan Faena, founder of Faena. “Infused with Faena’s singular approach, Wadi Safar is a canvas for a new kind of storytelling, one that Faena can truly bring to life. At Wadi Safar, we are crafting more than homes—we are creating soulful environments, where art, nature, and hospitality come together to inspire daily life. Guided by a shared respect for culture and craft, this collaboration with Diriyah Company reflects our belief that beauty can elevate communities, and that living well is, above all, a meaningful experience.”
Wadi Safar and the nearby Diriyah masterplan are key components of Diriyah Company’s vision to create homes for nearly 100,000 residents and foster a human-centric community rooted in 300 years of Saudi heritage.
