Faena Rose, the first permanent home for the brand’s patron community, now occupies three suspended levels at Faena Residences Miami, bridging the twin towers originally conceived by the late Rafael Viñoly.
More than an amenity, it is envisioned as the building’s cultural and social epicenter: a place where art, ideas, and daily life are interwoven in one cohesive environment.
“Faena Rose has always existed as a platform shaped by programming, dialogue, and relationships,” says Alan Faena, founder and president of Faena Group. “At Faena Residences Miami, that platform takes architectural form, establishing a permanent setting where artistic expression and daily life intersect.”
The art of gathering at Faena Rose
Spanning roughly 45,000 square feet, Faena Rose is imagined as a floating cultural hub that both unites the towers and crowns them. Rather than presenting as a typical residents’ club, the environment unfolds as a sequence of distinct spaces, each designed to support a connection and gathering.
These social areas include arrival lobby lounges; an infinity-edge pool overlooking the Miami River; a restaurant complete with a bar, lounge, and dining terrace; a private dining room; the Pistil, a central venue with a bar and dining terrace; a library lounge with outdoor terrace; creative lounges and private suites; a screening room; and a billiards room.
For its first physical location, Faena Rose enlisted Bryan O’Sullivan Studio to bring the space to life. The design carries forward Faena’s ethos of creating immersive universes: maximalist yet meticulously curated, bright in tone, and unapologetically expressive. Art, color, and narrative unfold in layers, shaping a world that’s not only visually striking, but inspires the rituals of community.
Additional amenities at Faena Residences Miami
Beyond the Faena Rose levels, Faena Residences Miami extends the project’s cultural and wellness ethos through a suite of experiences. At the podium, Tierra Santa Healing House introduces a deeply sensorial spa and longevity concept that offers hydrothermal rituals, botanical steam rooms infused with South American herbs, horizontal rain‑shower beds, cold plunge and red‑light therapy, and couples’ heated stone beds.
Across the property, fitness studios, outdoor movement terraces, a padel court, and a golf simulator support wellness, while resort‑style pools with cabanas and full‑service hospitality reinforce the feeling of a residential retreat shaped for long‑term living.
