Lemala Camps & Lodges has unveiled its latest project, Lemala Osonjoi Lodge, perched on the edge of Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater.
Located near the existing Lemala Ngorongoro Tented Camp, the new property offers panoramic views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site’s crater floor, which guests have exclusive access to via Lemala’s private eastern quadrant route.
Suites at Lemala Osonjoi Lodge
The lodge, crafted by Cape Town-based Michael Kornmuller Architecture, features 20 thoughtfully designed suites that blend natural materials with intimate seating areas, expansive windows, and slow-burning log stoves made for Ngorongoro’s cool evenings at nearly 8,000 feet above sea level.
Meanwhile, communal areas include a heated pool, powered by solar energy, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the surrounding wildlife territory.
The Lemala Osonjoi Lodge is scheduled to open later this year.
