Life House, a lifestyle hotel brand with properties in Miami and Nantucket, announced the opening of Life House, Lower Highlands in Denver on November 15.
Life House, Lower Highlands is a Victorian industrialist frontier boutique hotel located in the heart of Lower Highlands, also known as “LoHi.” Life House is the first hotel in the burgeoning neighborhood and has been timelessly designed to last a lifetime. The property’s design draws inspiration from Victorian Industrialism, the contextual 1800s design movement that defined the area, as well as the natural landscape of the Wild West. Like its environs, where Victorian-era homes are juxtaposed to ultra-modern buildings, Life House Lower Highlands layers dusty floral patterns within a contemporary industrial building shell. Badlands dusty grays with saturated mustards, rusty reds, and deep hues of bluebell are paired with rich, honey-colored leathers and cowhide detailing pulled from the natural landscape of Colorado’s wild nature.
Life House, Lower Highlands was designed by Life House’s design team led by Rockwell alum Jenny Bukovec and Sydell Group alum Henry Morris. The hotel was designed with a wide array of room types to serve guests of any travel purpose or group size.
