Fashion house Maison Margiela is expanding its architectural and design legacy into the luxury living realm with Maison Margiela Residences in Dubai.
Developed in partnership with Alta Real Estate Development, a collection of 25 bespoke units will rise on the UAE city’s Palm Jumeirah. Each will be conceived as a living expression of the house’s conceptual codes of deconstruction, trompe-l’oeil, and reinterpretation.
A collaboration with architect Carlo Colombo

Architecture and interiors will be envisioned by Italian architect Carlo Colombo in collaboration with the Maison Margiela architecture team.
Together, they will translate the brand’s philosophy into a spatial experience defined by texture and tone. Travertine furnishings recall the memory of classical objects, while the maison’s signature décortiqué technique and resin-filled indentations in optical white will lend each surface an experimental tactility.
A custom furniture line—including sofas, armchairs, tables, chairs, beds, and lighting—has been created exclusively for the residences, forging a visual dialogue between the building’s sculptural form and its interiors.
Amenities at Maison Margiela Residences

Residents will have access to an array of amenities that merge art, culture, and wellbeing. These include an art gallery, curated library, fitness studios, infinity pool, gym, spa, and residents’ lounge.
The launch of Maison Margiela Residences coincides with the opening of the brand’s new boutique and Margiela Café at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai.
