Key International and Wexford Real Estate Investors have announced plans for Mr. C Residences Boca Raton, the first branded residential tower to be introduced in downtown Boca Raton in more than a decade.
The 12‑story development brings the Mr. C brand’s European‑inspired lifestyle to the city, adding 133 private residences to a location defined by walkability and access to culture, dining, and the waterfront.
A design inspired by European ease
Designed by Arquitectonica, the tower adopts a contemporary, streamlined silhouette defined by expansive terraces and floor‑to‑ceiling glazing, creating a façade centered on light, horizon, and openness.
A landscaped porte cochère and signature water feature establish the project’s sense of arrival, leading into a grand residential lobby with curated artwork and layered seating.
Interiors by 1508 London continue this tone, offering a modern interpretation of classic European living—elegant yet understated, with a focus on craftsmanship and warm materiality.
The project’s residences span two‑ and three‑bedroom layouts with open kitchens crafted in the familiar Mr. C style: custom Italian millwork, natural stone surfaces, and premium kitchen appliances.
Floor‑to‑ceiling windows and glass‑railed balconies bring natural light deep into the interiors, extending living spaces outward and framing views across the city.
Elevated amenities at Mr. C Residences Boca Raton
The rooftop resort deck features a range of amenities, including an infinity pool with panoramic views, private cabanas, an open‑air cinema, outdoor grill stations, and lounge areas.
