The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection in Park City, Utah has unveiled the Residences at Blue Sky, an exclusive residential expansion designed to immerse owners in the sweeping natural landscape of the Wasatch Mountain Range.
Set across 4,000 acres of wilderness, the new offering marks the resort’s evolution into a fully integrated private community. Residents enjoy access to the Lodge’s amenities and a lifestyle centered on nature and holistic wellness.
A biophilic approach to mountain living
Anchored in biophilic design principles and organic materials, the residences embrace the contours of the land and frame mountain views, encouraging owners to live more closely with the surrounding wilderness.
The portfolio includes three distinct real estate offerings: Farm Estate Lots, Farmhouses, and Crescent Lodge Villas.
Farm Estate Lots
Eighteen Farm Estate Lots, ranging from three to eight acres, provide the opportunity to build bespoke mountain retreats or multi‑home compounds. Positioned within meadows, ridgelines, and dramatic mountain vistas, the sites offer privacy and direct access to the land.
All residences are managed by Auberge, and owners have full access to the resort’s amenities, including the new Crescent Club.

Farmhouses at the Residences at Blue Sky
Located within the same enclave, the Farmhouses reinterpret traditional barn forms. Designed by AJC Architects—the team behind the original Lodge at Blue Sky and High West Distillery—with interiors by Rose Ink Workshop, the homes pair warm, layered, nature‑forward interiors with clean architectural silhouettes.
Thirteen Farmhouses are available across four architectural models (T House, Stacked House, Split House, and Step House) in four‑ and five‑bedroom configurations. Each sits on an one‑acre parcel and comes fully furnished for turnkey living.
Like the Estate Lots, Farmhouses are fully managed by Auberge, with an optional participation in the hotel rental program.
Crescent Lodge Villas
The Crescent Lodge Villas introduce 16 two‑ and three‑bedroom residences within the forthcoming Crescent Lodge, also designed by AJC Architects and Rose Ink Workshop.
Residents receive automatic membership in the Crescent Club and enjoy priority access to Blue Sky amenities, including guided hikes, an equine program, daily movement classes, dining at Yuta and WildKitchen, and the private slope-side Ski Lounge at Park City Mountain Resort.
The Crescent Lodge will include a second spa, yoga studio, signature restaurant, family‑friendly pool, and meeting and event spaces.
