New York’s Zero Bond has expanded west with the debut of a members club at Wynn Las Vegas. Developed in partnership with Wynn Resorts, the 15,000-square-foot location marks the first major expansion for the membership community founded by Scott Sartiano and Will Makris.
Designed to foster culture, connection, and hospitality, the club’s design comes courtesy of Tihany Design and Todd-Avery Lenahan of Wynn Design & Development.

Art plays a central role in the club’s identity. The interiors feature a rotating exhibition that includes work from artists such as Ansel Adams, Camille Claudel, Richard Diebenkorn, and Lynne Mapp Drexler.
Japanese and Chinese antiquities from eras like the Tang Dynasty and Meiji period add historical dimension to the collection, with all pieces available for purchase through Heather James Fine Art.
A full suite of amenities
At the heart of the club is the Salon, a lounge designed for cocktails and conversation. Dining is anchored by the Fairway Grill, a contemporary American restaurant helmed by chef Alfred Portale, a three-time James Beard Award winner.
Additional venues introduce a range of social experiences, including Baby Disco, an intimate music-driven lounge, and the Penthouse, a space designed for viewing major events. Wine enthusiasts can access private wine lockers curated by a master sommelier, while the Humidor offers a dedicated cigar lounge with indoor and outdoor seating.
Outside, the Sculpture Garden overlooks the Wynn Golf Club and features lounge seating, fire elements, and monumental works by artists including Herb Alpert, Jim Dine, Jeppe Hein, Joan Miró, and Robert Indiana.
Rounding out the offerings are two private gaming salons licensed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board, along with a dedicated valet driveway, concierge services, and a calendar of cultural programming and member events.
