Conrad Hotels & Resorts has reimagined the guest-concierge experience with its global Stay Inspired initiative, which is available to guests at each of its 24 properties.
“Today’s luxury traveler wants to discover destinations where they can be truly inspired,” says John T.A. Vanderslice, global head of Conrad Hotels & Resorts. “So we are shifting how not only our concierges communicate and connect with our guests, but all of our team members.”
Headed by director of inspiration Nilou Motamed, the program is rooted in the Conrad Concierge mobile app, as well as a dedicated website, where guests may browse specially curated itineraries of one-, three-, and five-hour experiences—dubbed the Conrad 1/3/5.
These recommendations span an array of activities with culinary, retail, cultural, and family components.
“Through our partnership with Nilou, we have trained our team members and empowered them to make thoughtful recommendations within our destinations, stepping away from the standard transactional relationship between a concierge and a guest,” adds Vanderslice.
The website and app allow users to save and share their favorite Conrad 1/3/5 itineraries, as well as access custom media content or book a room.
