Daniel Humm and Will Guidara, whose hospitality group Make It Nice acquired restaurateur Danny Meyer’s iconic Manhattan eatery Eleven Madison Park in 2011, have announced that they will sever professional ties.
The multimillion-dollar partnership will come to an end as Humm buys out Guidara’s share of the business. Jeffrey Tascarella is now elevated to the role of CEO of Make It Nice, while Guidara will pursue the development of a new restaurant group following his exit.
Humm and Guidara were previously set to transform two floors of the new International Center of Photography, set to become a new anchor of the Essex Crossing development in New York.
