Luxury real estate development firm JMJ Development has announced the appointment of David Messersmith as its new director of hospitality. Messersmith, who previously worked with Gatehouse Capital, will now oversee the entire hospitality platform. He will evaluate opportunities for investment and development, while also managing the execution of projects with a concentration on enhancing the value of JMJ.
A former member of Emerging Leaders in Hospitality, Messersmith serves on the board for hospitality technology firm Impulsify. He continues to act as a regular advisor to hospitality industry colleagues.
