Providence, Rhode Island-based design firm DiLeonardo has appointed Jennifer Skaife as design director within the company’s global management team.
“We are excited to have Jennifer take on this new role,” says James Lehouiller, DiLeonardo’s CEO and managing partner. “Her extensive experience, vision, talent, and championing of our brand’s values since joining the firm made her promotion an easy decision.”
Skaife will now be responsible for overseeing company-wide concept and design development for international and domestic projects. Along with assisting in key design decisions, she will work closely with clients and partners to realize business goals and objectives.
“I am extremely honored and excited at this point in my career to extend my passion for design into this new role,” says Skaife. “To work with our global teams is wonderful, and I am grateful for the continued opportunity to both mentor and learn while collaborating throughout our studio. Being part of the DiLeonardo team allows me to deepen and expand my relationships with clients and further enhance our design approach as we lead the next generation of hospitality design.”
Skaife joined DiLeonardo in 2011 as a senior designer before being promoted to senior associate in 2013. Prior to joining the company, she ran her own company, Jennifer Skaife Design, from 2009 to 2011.
Skaife earned her bachelor’s degree in 3D interior design from Birmingham City University in the UK.
