Washington, DC-based firm Fillat+ Architecture has announced three new promotions to kick off the new year.
John Fetty and Janey Gregory, who joined the firm as associate principals in 2015 and 2017, respectively, have both been elevated to principal roles. Fetty will continue to serve as a fundamental part of the Fillat+ hospitality team in Washington, DC, while Gregory will oversee projects ranging in the retail and mixed-use markets. Former associate Manish Patel will now serve as an associate principal. Since joining Fillat+ in 2017, Patel has worked on projects such as the Moxy by Marriott in downtown Washington, DC.
