Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has named John H. Miller its new senior vice president of design and construction, and Eileen Madigan its vice president of creative.

Both John’s and Eileen’s global experience and deep understanding of the luxury traveler are powerful assets as we extend our market leadership and confidently articulate the product aspirations of the brand.”
Miller and Madigan will both be based out of Four Season’s Toronto headquarters.
With 25 years of experience, Miller will head the design and construction of all international Four Seasons hotels. He assumes this new role from his most recent position as vice president of design and construction, Asia-Pacific with MGM Resorts International. Before joining Four Seasons, Miller worked as a design manager with Peninsula Hotels Group for more than 22 years.
Miller earned a dual degree in architecture and civil and urban engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Madigan will work with the brand’s interior design, capital planning, and procurement teams to ensure Four Seasons properties maintain a unified aesthetic.

Madigan got her start as an interior designer and project coordinator at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts in 1990, holding various positions over the years, most recently as corporate director for interior design at Rosewood Hotels and Resorts.
She graduated from Drexel University with a bachelor’s degree in interior design, and earned a certificate in executive leadership from Cornell University in 2014.
