Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) has announced the appointment of Philip Gillard to the role of principal and managing director of HBA MENA. Based in HBA’s Dubai office, Gillard—a RIBA chartered architect with 25 years of industry experience—will spearhead Middle East operations and further develop the studio’s expansion in the region.
