Henry Chebaane, designer and founder of the London-based design and branding firm Blue Sky Hospitality, has partnered with pop artist Sean Danconia to unveil the new hospitality and retail enterprise SupaPop Space. Following the launch of Danconia’s SupaPop Universe in 2015, the new endeavor aims to infuse hospitality and retail spaces with SupaPop’s unique and pop art-style artwork and characters. Also functioning as a creative lab, the partnership will pursue collaboration with retailers, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues to develop the brand in both London and Los Angeles.
Chebaane has crafted innovative designs for brands like Marriott, Four Seasons, and InterContinental Hotels Group. A longtime collector of pop art, he has also gained notoriety for incorporating and curating striking contemporary art installations into his design work, while Danconia’s work is well-known in the worlds of comics and animation.
