Leslie Schultz has joined Dyer-Indiana-based IIG as its new director of design, where she will lead the brand’s full-service and luxury hospitality projects. Schultz is based in South Florida, where IIG expects to launch an office in the near future.
“Design should be an organic, yet comprehensive process,” Schultz says. “How a person experiences a space and how the design evokes an emotional response from a guest, engaging all of their senses, is what drives me in the design process.”
The University of Florida graduate holds more than a decade of experience in the hospitality interior design field, serving on projects ranging from independent boutique properties to developments for large-scale brands.
“Her portfolio of work embodies everything we represent here at IIG. She will play an integral part in elevating IIG to the next level of creative ingenuity,” says IIG owner and president Patti Tritschler.
