Lifelong hoteliers Dan Daley and Kim Walker have announced the launch of Ten Five, a new type of integrated hospitality investment and management company. Bringing forth a combined 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Daley and Walker provide a breadth of expertise, from repositioning existing properties to the development and creation of new brands and assets.
“Ten Five was born out of a desire to create a new type of hospitality company—one that specializes in all stages of the development and operational cycle, from creative ideation and execution of unique F&B concepts to hotel operations as well as marketing and programming,” says Daley, Ten Five’s cofounder and CEO. “The company’s purpose is to push boundaries in everything we do. In our hotels, restaurants, and nightlife experiences, we want to redefine the hospitality industry. Our expertise focuses on a very specific type of project, often defined by significant food and beverage programs and public space activations.”
Ten Five currently operates several luxury properties in major U.S. cities, including Las Vegas, Miami, New York, and Washington, DC. The company also recently launched a pair of lifestyle hotels and a 30,000-square-foot event space in Los Angeles. Additional LA assets include the F&B concepts Mother Wolf, KA’TEEN, Bar Lis, and Desert 5 Spot.
The company’s leadership team is rounded out with executive vice president of brand experience and partner Sebastian Puga and managing partner of F&B Giancarlo Pagani.
Walker, who serves as cofounder and CMO, adds, “Ten Five’s capabilities go beyond the traditional hospitality group, offering a team of best-in-class creative experts skilled at concepting, developing, and marketing venues with incredible design, authenticity, character, and originality. We look to see where the market is headed, not where it is.”
