Chicago-based design firm the Gettys Group has announced the appointment of Jeff Bullied to the role of principal. Bullied, who has worked in the industry for more than 30 years, will spearhead the firm’s business development efforts, focusing on sales and public relations and marketing efforts.
The Calgary native most recently operated his own consultancy and has also practiced law in Canada for five years. He has lent his expertise to brands such as Restoration Hardware, Grohe AG, and Herman Miller.
“I’m most excited to join the Gettys Group because it’s completely unique in the range of its service offerings,” Bullied says. “The thread that has connected all of the positions I’ve held throughout my career is my strong passion for business development and converting my network into win-win opportunities.
