JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group has announced a slew of recent promotions, with the appointment of Jeffrey Davis and John Strauss as international directors, and Ricardo Mader and Gilda Perez-Alvarado as managing directors.
“As a group, these colleagues strengthen our integrated global platform and industry-leading position,” says Colin Dyer, president and CEO of JLL. “We are now looking to them to lead by connecting across the firm to provide superior service to clients and drive success for the firm.”
Davis and Strauss are among a group of 37 employees across the world at JLL and LaSalle Investment Management who have been promoted to an international director position.
Based in New York, Davis now serves as the firm’s northeast regional lead for full service investment sales and national hotel investment banking services. He brings with him more than 20 years of hospitality experience.
Strauss works from Los Angeles as the firm’s western regional lead for full service investment sales and also has more than 20 years of previous hotel industry experience.
Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Mader is a member of the firm’s strategic advisory and asset management services, while Perez-Alvarado works as both the Americas representative for the firm’s global hotel desk and with the firm’s New York full service investment sales team.
In the past five years, JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality group has completed $48 billion of transactions and approximately 4,500 advisory, valuation, and asset management assignments.
