Cleveland-based interior design practice and branding consultancy Richardson Design has announced the promotion of Kristie Oldham to partner. The former design and trend director has been with the studio since its launch in 2007, and has collaborated with Richardson Design founder Scott Richardson for 17 years.
“We have always collaborated really well as designers, and this partnership allows us to take the collaboration we bring to clients and use that synergy to grow the firm,” says Richardson.
Since its inception, the practice has blossomed into a 14-person team serving markets across North America.
“This is significant growth, and strengthening leadership by becoming an owner in the business will help position us to drive further growth,” Oldham adds.
A member of the International Interior Design Association, Oldham has developed partnerships with clients including Aramark, KraftMaid, and Michael Symon.
