Real estate development firm Lightstone has appointed of Greg Iannacone as its new director of hotel development. Reporting to Chris Baxter, the company’s senior vice president of hospitality, Iannacone will oversee hotel pre-development and development, operations, design, construction, and land development.
Iannacone most recently served as the technical director for business consultancy Faithful+Gould, where he contributed to hospitality projects such as the New York EDITION, the Peninsula New York, and Riverhouse One. He also worked as a senior project engineer at Kajima Construction, and was a captain in the United States Army.
