Los Angeles boasts the largest pipeline of guestrooms in early planning than any other market, according to Lodging Econometrics’ (LE) latest Construction Pipeline Trend Report. The city currently has 18,229 guestrooms and 108 projects in its pipeline,
Early planning for LA currently shows 6,382 guestrooms and 37 projects, although developers have yet to make branding decisions for 4,800 of the guestrooms and 23 projects in early planning.
Additionally 5,975 guestrooms and 29 projects are under construction in LA, while 5,872 guestrooms and 42 projects are slated to start construction in the next 12 months.
