Rounding out the list are Houston with 169 projects and 19,885 guestrooms; Seoul with 159 projects and 31,233 guestrooms; Dallas with 131 projects and 15,819 guestrooms; Nashville with 123 projects and 15,743 guestrooms; Dubai with 118 projects and 33,053 guestrooms; Jakarta with 118 projects and 20,885 guestrooms; and Shanghai with 109 projects and 22,071 guestrooms.
