Kempinski Group has announced the appointment of Martin R. Smura as its new CEO. Most recently serving as the executive chairman of the board for Dorint Hotel Group, Smura succeeds Markus Semer as CEO.
Smura has also lent his expertise to Azimut Hotels and Adlon Holding in addition to 15 years with InterContinental Hotel Group. He is a graduate of Cornell University and received his MBA from California State University Hayward as well.
