Lightstone, a national real estate investment and development company, has announced that Meghan Bobertz will become its new director of hotel management. She will oversee hotel pre-development and development obligations and direct operational aspects of project design, start-up construction, and land development.
Bobertz most recently served as the vice president of construction at the Witkoff Group, a property management company in New York, where she contributed financial reporting and managed projects and day-to-day design and construction.
“Meghan’s extensive experience and deep understanding of hotel development and design will increase Lightstone’s ability to deliver groundbreaking, state-of-the-art hotel projects,” says Lightstone president Mitchell Hochberg.
She has also worked as a project architect for firms in Chicago and Cambridge, Massachusetts, and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture, both from Tulane University in New Orleans.
