Omni Hotels & Resorts has announced that CEO Jim Caldwell will assume the role of president. In his combined role, he will continue maintaining the vision for luxury within the brand, while also ensuring all operations align with company objectives.
Caldwell has served as CEO for Omni Hotels & Resorts for the last 13 year and has led the Omni brand toward major growth with the integration of the “Power of One” framework, which emphasizes the importance of guest interactions. It now holds a portfolio of 60 urban and resort properties across North America.
Caldwell has previously worked with TRT Holdings as president of its real estate subsidiary TRT Development Company. He currently serves as a member of the Salvation Army DFW Metroplex Command Advisory Board.
