Design and architecture firm Perkins Eastman will open an office in Dallas—its 15th global location, and first in Texas.
The move follows a merger with ForrestPerkins, which has held an office in Dallas since 1998. Perkins Eastman will join ForrestPerkins in its current location.
The office will be led by principal Deborah Forrest, who joins the firm from ForrestPerkins, and will also lead the luxury hospitality and residential interiors practice firmwide.
The firm’s current luxury hospitality projects in Texas include the St. Anthony, a Luxury Collection Hotel in San Antonio; the Sinclair Fort Worth, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection; and the Westin Downtown Dallas at One Main Place.
