Kerzner International has appointed Philippe Zuber as president and COO of One&Only Resorts.
Zuber will oversee the brand’s strategic development while ensuring the operational success of its existing resorts, where he will focus on the guest experience.

Zuber has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry in both operational and corporate senior leadership positions. He most recently was with Emaar Hospitality, whose brands include the Address Hotels + Resorts, Palace Hotel, Armani Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels + Resorts, and Rove Hotels. As COO, he headed project development in Dubai and assisted with new lifestyle boutique brands.
Zuber initially joined Emaar in 2011 as regional general manager of the Address Downtown Dubai, where he oversaw the flagship hotel, its serviced residences, and eight restaurants.
Zuber began his career with various F&B positions with Hyatt Hotels. He was named general manager of the Hyatt Paris Madeleine in 2006, and held the same role at the Park Hyatt Seoul beginning in 2009.
Zuber’s appointment falls in line with a number of developments at One&Only Resorts, which recently completed a multimillion-dollar refresh at One&Only Ocean Club Bahamas, as well as One&Only Palmilla in Cabo San Lucas.
