Rowland+Broughton Architecture (R+B) has added four new team members to its studios in Aspen and Denver, Colorado.

Now acting as the senior interior designer in the company’s Aspen location, Carol Way Cisco most recently served as principal of Signature Interiors + Studio. She previously worked as director of interior design for more than 20 years at an international design-build team and founded Designing for Veterans, a nonprofit focusing on assisting wounded soldiers. She earned her bachelor of fine arts in interior design from the Illinois Institute of Art–Chicago.
Chelsea Lawrence joins R+B’s Denver location as an interior designer after most recently working on projects such as the Denver West Corporate Campus for Davis Partnership Architects. Currently serving as vice president of development for NEWH’s Rocky Mountain chapter, Lawrence is also affiliated with the U.S. Green Building Council. She earned her bachelor of science in interior design with a concentration in construction management from Colorado State University.
Nicholas Massman joins the Aspen studio team as architectural designer. He previously worked at Poss Architecture + Planning and has experience in restaurant, office, retail, military, public works, mixed-use, transportation, urban planning, religious, and entertainment fields. He earned his master of architecture from Kansas State University with a concentration in sustainability and urban planning.
Timothy Owen joins as Aspen studio as architectural designer, helping to further the firm’s technological capabilities. Owen also most recently worked for Poss Architecture + Planning in Aspen, where he assisted in Revit training and standards review. He earned both his master of architecture and bachelor of arts in geography with a concentration in geospatial and environmental analysis from Virginia Tech.
