Chicago-based the Gettys Group has announced the appointments of Emmanuel Shamoun and Bonnie Boyer to its team.
Shamoun joins the firm as director of the consulting group. He brings two decades of experience in architecture, engineering, project management, and business development. Most recently, he lived in Dubai leading both architecture and real estate development firms.
“With Emmanuel’s strong background and education in business, we are excited to have him leading our team of seasoned consultants to help our clients achieve success in their projects from feasibility to completion,” says Jerry Zeitner, principal for the consulting and procurement groups, and for Gettys ONE, which focuses on select service hotel projects.
Boyer is now senior project manager on the Gettys Group procurement team, and leads the firm’s West Coast operations. She also brings two decades of experience, having directed procurement projects for high profile properties such as the Bacara Resort & Spa in Santa Barbara, California; and the Fairmont and W hotels in San Francisco.
