The Gettys Group has named Kevin Gildemeister as senior manager of business development for Gettys ONE and procurement out of the Chicago headquarters office; and Nicole Chan as business development manager in the Hong Kong office.
Gildemeister brings with him more than 16 years of hospitality experience, most recently as the national account manager for American Hotel Register where he was in charge of developing sales goals, budgets, and programs for multiple national hotel accounts.
Having been promoted to several positions there, Gildemeister specialized in developing OS&E replenishment programs and FF&E renovation and replacement programs for large hotel chains and worked with various departments developing tools and incentive programs for sales teams.
Chan will focus on anticipating client needs and helping to strengthen the company’s Asia client base and network—initiating sales, generating leads, and forging new client relationships.
She has worked in the architecture and design industry for eight years in marketing and business development. Her most recent position was with DiLeonardo International, where she served as director of business development and client services in the Asia Pacific market. Her previous experience includes roles with Aedas, WET Design, and Gensler. She has developed a breadth of graphic and brand design experience in the hospitality and F&B markets.
The new hires follow the Gettys Group’s appointment of Jennifer McGregor as senior business director, global business development early this year.
