The Parker Company (TPC), an industry leader in FF&E and OS&E procurement services, celebrates 45 years in the industry.
Founded in 1969 by Leonard Parker, TPC combines experienced staff, significant procurement expertise, VE solutions, global sourcing, and buying power to manage the procurement for more than100 major projects per year worldwide.
Now run by Leonard’s three sons, Doug, Mitch, and Philip, the company maintains offices in Miami, London, Dubai, Rio, and Shanghai.
“My dad built a solid foundation, which allowed us to grow globally into one of the largest and most successful procurement companies in the world, and we approach every project as he did with the same partnership approach and the commitment to the execution of the best possible design at the most competitive price,” says Mitch Parker, partner and COO of the company. “In our 45 years we have handled just about every type of project from large to small, typical to super high-end, just about everywhere on the globe; and we have found solutions for every budget and every challenge we have faced.”
TPC handles all levels of projects with a specialization on the high-end. Current and recent projects include the One & Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, the Virgin Hotel Chicago, the Park Hyatt New York, and Conrad Seoul.
