Dallas-based interior architectural design firm waldrop+nichols Studio (w+n) has named Dona Bianchi as principal and Katie Kaeshoefer as director of design.
Bianchi will now be responsible for directing and managing the firm’s project portfolio, while Kaeshoefer will assist in seeing projects through to completion, with an emphasis on schedules, budgets, and conceptual design direction.
Bianchi joined w+n in 2009 and oversees the firm’s interior architectural department. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Bianchi most recently served as director of design with the Dallas office of WDG Architecture, where she worked from 2002 to 2008. She has also worked with Harris Design, ClubCorp, and Dallas Market Center.
Kaeshoefer joined w+n in 2004 after graduating from Texas Christian University—where she earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design.
