Los Angeles and Reno, Nevada-based design firm White Space has announced the development of a new division dedicated to the growth of the collaborative workspace industry. Now touting the first branch of its kind, White Space will be even further equipped to expand its portfolio of elevated coworking projects, which already includes spaces for brands including the We Company and Mindspace.
“We know from our deep experience working with WeWork and Mindspace that this is a special industry that deserves special attention. These successful collaborations inspired us to set up a dedicated unit within White Space to address the unique needs of our clients in this growing new field in a bespoke and integrated fashion,” says White Space founder and CEO Aytan Litwin. “Because of our proficiency with custom-manufacturing, we’re ideally suited to help brands stay creative with their designs, while keeping up with technological advancements.”
“While there are common elements with our White Space core business, coworking spaces have unique demands that require specialized attention, especially regarding technology,” adds Anne Amario, White Space’s CMO. “Eventually we see conductive charging and IOT-enabled furnishings penetrating the hospitality universe, but our co-working clients need that technology now.”
