Dallas-based design practice Wilson Associates has announced the promotions of Louie Sison and Lela Richardson. Based in the Dallas office, Sison, who first joined the team in September 2017 will now serve as the design director, while Richardson, who became a Wilson team member in January 2018 will be the studio’s new operations director.
“Louie has delivered a deep understanding of the international travel landscape and a tailored design approach to our projects. He has created a pro-active, open and collaborative work environment that has allowed our Dallas team to flourish under his leadership. He has empowered the culture of the studio to exceed our clients’ expectations and deliver truly engaging experiences,” says the studio’s CEO Beth Campbell. “Lela has a great experience with large hospitality projects, whether as a creative designer, structured project manager or skilled team leader. During these past years, she has shown extraordinary passion, full dedication, and provided continuous mentorship to her team,” she adds.
